Terms of service

The representative of the online store https://www.missmoralle.com, Paula Krūziņa, reg. No. 060800-22514, Pūņas House 4, Valdgale Parish, Talsi Municipality (hereinafter – the Seller), provides the goods and services available on the website in accordance with the following terms:

1. General Terms

When the Buyer purchases goods and services through the website, the terms of a distance contract apply, which are subject to the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Ordering

The Seller has listed product prices and specifications in the online store. All prices are in euros (€). The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver to the Buyer the goods ordered in the online store.

To order goods or a service, add the selected products to the shopping cart. Choose the delivery method that suits you best and fill in the required fields under “billing information”. Choose a payment method, enter the required details and complete the payment to place the order.

The Buyer is responsible for checking that the details they have entered are correct; otherwise the Seller is not responsible for goods sent incorrectly as a result of incorrect information entered by the Buyer.

The contract is considered concluded when the Buyer has paid for the Order and the Seller has received the payment. If the Buyer pays for the Order and for some reason the Order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible.

3. Payment

Payments for goods and services in the online store are made in euros (€). The Buyer can pay for goods and services in the online store using the following payment methods:

  • Internet bank payments (bank links);
  • Visa and Mastercard card payments;
  • Apple Pay.

Bank link payments are processed by the payment platform MakeCommerce (https://makecommerce.lv/), owned by Maksekeskus AS. All payment data entered by the Buyer is passed to the payment service provider, which guarantees the security of the payment data.

4. Delivery

Delivery within Latvia:

Orders within Latvia are delivered via Omniva, DPD or Latvijas Pasts. The Buyer pays the delivery costs of the Order, which are calculated automatically and added when placing the order. Orders within Latvia from €35 are delivered free of charge. The Seller delivers the Order to the Buyer within 1–5 working days. If delivery does not take place within the stated time and the delivery service provider is responsible for this, the Seller is not liable and will inform the Buyer of the reasons for the delay and the expected timeframe.

International delivery:

International orders are shipped via Latvijas Pasts. Delivery costs and times depend on the destination country and are listed on the Shipping page.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to cancel or exchange the ordered goods within 14 calendar days of receiving them in the following cases:

  • If the purchased goods have not been used;
  • If the purchased goods and their packaging have been kept original and undamaged;
  • If the Buyer can present a document proving the purchase.

Before returning goods, the Buyer sends a return request by email to: missmorallejewellery@gmail.com

In this email, the Buyer states:

  • First name and surname;
  • Purchase invoice number;
  • Phone number;
  • Date the goods were received;
  • The code, name, price and purchase date of all goods being returned;
  • Reason for cancellation (optional).

If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must cover all costs of returning the goods. The Seller refunds the Buyer only the value of the goods. The Buyer must return the goods within 7 calendar days after sending the withdrawal notice. The Seller refunds the money for the goods within 14 calendar days. After receiving the withdrawal letter, the Seller tells the Buyer where to return the goods.
